Meet Liz
As an attorney at Ligris, our Boston law firm affiliate, Liz’s practice focuses primarily on representing buyers, sellers and lenders in the acquisition, sale and financing of real estate. Liz is originally from Miami and is fluent in Spanish. Liz has brought her focus on the customer experience to assist buyers, sellers and lenders to our Florida clientele.
Outside the Office
As a true Cuban-American, Liz loves salsa dancing and cooking. She also discovered Crossfit training recently and is addicted to the constant challenge.

Background
Prior to joining the firm, Liz worked at the general practice firm of Sassoon & Cymrot in Boston first as a paralegal where she oversaw pre and post-closing operations. Once Liz passed the bar in 2010, she transitioned her practice to representing buyers, sellers and lenders for residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Learn from Liz
Liz loves sharing her knowledge with others. She have presented at various first-time homebuyer seminars for Boston College, Northeastern University and several community organizations in Greater Boston. Further, she has held numerous training sessions in several real estate offices across Massachusetts – covering a variety of conveyancing topics such as TRID, condominium law, and general buyer and seller representation. In October of 2014 Liz presented at the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) conference in Falmouth, Massachusetts where she discussed the intricacies of representing foreign nationals in their acquisition of real estate in Massachusetts.
